Description
The Bassbone V2 sits at the front of your bass rig as a switching hub, tone-shaper, and DI all in one box. Plug in two basses and flip between them via footswitch, with independent level controls on each channel to keep volumes matched. Channel-2’s passive-interactive EQ is aggressive enough to morph a P-Bass character into Rickenbacker territory, or dial in an upright bass through the PZB piezo booster when you’re doubling on acoustic and electric in the same set.
Beyond channel switching, the V2 adds a boost footswitch that either kicks in extra gain for solos or doubles as a silent mute for on-stage tuning. A third footswitch opens up an effects loop with wet/dry blend control, so your pedals color the tone without swallowing the original signal — and you can route that loop to either channel or both.
Once your tone is set, the built-in Radial DI sends a clean, low-Z balanced feed straight to the PA while your stage amp gets its own signal, making this a genuinely useful piece for both live shows and studio tracking. Runs on the included 15VDC power supply.
