Description
Rivera built the 3D Shaman around a simple idea: chorus shouldn’t just wobble your pitch, it should move air. This is a BBD-based analog chorus and vibrato pedal designed to project depth and width the way a multi-amp rig does, but from a single stompbox on your board.
The pedal outputs wet left, wet right, and dry center simultaneously, so you can run it into one, two, or three amplifiers. Feed a single amp in mono (wet and dry blended), split into true stereo across two cabs, or go full 3D with dry in the center and wet signals panned hard left and right. Placed at the end of your chain, it turns a flat mono rig into something with real front-to-back and side-to-side dimension — the Panoramic control pushes that spread out further, from subtle stereo width to a canyon-sized aural image.
Under the hood, dual independent LFOs let you dial Chorus and Vibrato depth and rate separately, so you can layer a gentle shimmer under a slower pitch-wobble, or run either effect alone. The Ef. Blend knob controls how much chorus gets mixed in, and a dedicated Tone control shapes brilliance so the effect sits right whether you want glassy top-end sparkle or something warmer and rounder. Low-noise, largely discrete circuitry keeps the signal clean even at higher blend settings — this was built to studio-quality standards, not as an afterthought stompbox.
