Because the pitch tracking is truly polyphonic, full chords shift cleanly instead of collapsing into that glitchy monophonic warble older Whammys were known for. Set it for a 7-half-step raise or drop, or go all the way to a full octave in either direction — all from one footswitch setting.
The momentary switch mode turns the pedal into a real-time hammer-on/pull-off generator, useful for solo flourishes or sudden chord jumps mid-riff. True bypass keeps your tone honest when the effect’s off.
