Description
The C9 Organ Machine picks up where the acclaimed B9 left off, digging into a fresh batch of classic organ and electronic keyboard tones. Rather than a chorus-y approximation, this is a genuine tonal transformation—your guitar signal gets reshaped into something that breathes and swells like tonewheel organs and vintage electric keyboards, complete with the character that made those instruments legendary.
Each of the nine presets comes with its own dedicated controls, letting you shape the details that define that particular voice: percussive click for keyboard attack, modulation depth for movement, attack/sustain envelope shaping, drawbar-style tonal balance, or high-frequency content for brightness and bite. It’s not a one-size-fits-all synth pedal—each patch has been tuned with its own personality in mind.
A dry blend knob is the key to making this pedal feel musical rather than gimmicky. Mix in your original guitar tone underneath the organ voice to build layered textures, keep pick articulation intact, or ease the effect in for subtle harmonic thickening rather than a full-on swap.
- Nine distinct organ and vintage keyboard voicings
- Individual tone-shaping controls per preset (click, modulation, attack/sustain, drawbars, or highs)
- Dry/wet blend for layering effect with original signal
- Works well early in the chain for tracking pitch accurately, ahead of modulation and time-based effects
For pedalboard builders chasing organ and keyboard textures without hauling a Leslie cabinet to the gig, the C9 delivers a surprisingly convincing stand-in with real playing dynamics.
