Description
The Mod 11 is Electro-Harmonix’s answer to the modulation drawer nobody has room for. Instead of stacking five pedals to chase tremolo, vibrato, chorus, flange, phase, rotary, and pitch-shifted textures, you get all eleven algorithms in a single footprint, with a Secondary Knob Mode that reveals extra hidden parameters for players who want to sculpt beyond the front-panel controls.
Signal-chain placement is flexible by design: run it early for subtle pitch wobble ahead of gain stages, or late in the chain for lush, stereo-feeling ambience before your amp. The eleven effects include:
- TREM – classic amplitude tremolo with playing-envelope control over rate or depth
- HARM – harmonic tremolo that splits the signal into high/low bands and modulates between them
- VIBR – pitch-based vibrato, also envelope-controllable
- UNI – a Univibe®-style voice with Chorus and Vibrato modes plus added overdrive
- CHORUS – Small Clone-style warble, with tri-chorus and bass chorus variations
- ROTARY – rotary cabinet simulation with overdrive and envelope-controlled rotation speed
- FLANGE – additive and subtractive flanging with multiple LFO shapes, including envelope follower
- TZF – Through Zero Flanger, crossing the zero point where wet meets dry, plus barber-pole flanging
- PHASE – switchable 4, 6, or 8-stage phasing with multiple LFO shapes
- PITCH – modulated pitch shifting with dry blend and stepped pitch modes
- FILT – synth-style Low Pass, High Pass, and Band Pass filtering, including Q-Tron-style envelope following
For pedalboard builders who need serious modulation range without eleven separate stomps eating up real estate, the Mod 11 consolidates decades of EHX modulation lineage into one intuitive machine.
