Rather than coloring your sound with a traditional EQ curve, it uses BBE’s proprietary process to restore the natural phase and harmonic relationships between low and high frequencies — the same relationships that get smeared by cables, pedals, and speaker cabinets.
Place it near the end of your chain, after distortion or fuzz, and individual notes inside dense chords start separating instead of blurring into mush. Lead lines punch through a busy mix with more attack and presence, even when you’re running saturated gain. Bass players get tighter low-end definition and clearer note articulation up and down the neck.
