Description
Running two amps at once usually means fighting ground loops, phase cancellation, and tone loss the moment you split your signal. The Radial Bones Twin-City solves all three with an active buffered ABY design that drives both amps cleanly, no gain sag or high-end dulling included.
At its core sits Radial’s Drag Control load correction circuitry — the same technology found in the JD7 Injector — which lets you dial in cable and load compensation once, then forget about it, keeping your guitar-to-amp interaction feeling natural. Output B runs through an isolation transformer to kill ground-loop hum and buzz, backed up by a ground lift switch and a 180-degree polarity reverse so both amps stay locked in phase, even with noise-prone vintage heads.
Switching is handled by Radial’s EIS (Electronic Impulse Switching) instead of mechanical relays, giving you silent, pop-free transitions between amps plus bright LED indicators so you always know your routing at a glance. As a buffer, it also drops your signal’s impedance, making it a smart choice for long cable runs on big stages.
Housed in Radial’s signature 14-gauge steel chassis, the Twin-City is built to take a beating on tour. Standard Boss-style 9V power keeps it compatible with most pedalboard supplies, and top-mounted jacks and DC input let it sit flush against neighboring pedals for tight board layouts.
