The MOLLER-2 carries forward the tone that made the original Moller a cult favorite among players chasing warm, amp-like overdrive rather than compressed distortion. Named for Danish guitarist Knud Moller, this pedal is voiced to feel like an extension of a cranked tube amp rather than a layer on top of it.

What sets this pedal apart on a board is the split personality of its boost circuit. Run the clean boost alone into an already-driven tube amp and you’ll wake up sustain and harmonic saturation without touching the character of your tone. Engage it after the overdrive stage instead, and it becomes a solo cannon — enough lift to punch a lead line clear over a dense mix.
Place it early in your signal chain, right after your guitar, so it can interact directly with your amp’s own preamp saturation the way overdrives are meant to. The Bass Boost toggle is there for players who find overdrives thinning out their low end during solos or heavier passages — flip it and the bottom fills back in without turning muddy.
