Description
Bogner condensed the tonal DNA of the Ecstasy Blue into a smaller footprint without cutting corners on control or character. At its core sits an active 3-band EQ with a sweepable mid frequency, giving you the kind of shaping precision usually reserved for amp front-ends — scoop or push the mids to carve space in a dense mix, then fine-tune bass and treble to match your rig.
Three toggle switches open up a wide range of voicings, from tight and articulate to loose and saturated. Rotate through gain stages that span a nearly clean, transparent boost all the way to thick, saturated British-style grind, with plenty of intermediate territory for pushing an already-dirty amp or standing alone as your main drive.
What sets the Ecstasy Blue Mini apart on a crowded board is its response under your fingers. Running at an elevated internal voltage, it tracks pick dynamics and volume-knob swells the way a tube amp does, rather than flattening them out — so palm mutes stay punchy and single-note runs retain their bite.
Built with high-grade components and true bypass switching, it’s designed to sit quietly in your chain when off and disappear tonally when engaged, letting your amp’s character shine through with added push.
