Description
AMT built its reputation on shrinking pedalboard real estate with the WH-1 Wah and LLM Volume, and the EX-50 applies that same compact philosophy to expression control. If your board is packed and you still need to add wah-envelope sweeps, filter control, or expression-mapped modulation and delay parameters, this pedal is designed to squeeze into the gaps conventional expression pedals can’t fit into.
Passive by design, the EX-50 needs no power supply of its own — it simply taps into whatever expression-capable pedal it’s plugged into. Dual outputs (TS and TRS) let you run it into one pedal or send control to two simultaneously, and a switch flips between normal and inverted sweep behavior depending on how your target pedal expects the signal. A 50 kOhm resistance value keeps it broadly compatible across expression-ready effects from different manufacturers.
Setup details are just as considered: an axial screw lets you dial in pedal tension to taste, and the support feet are removable for players who’d rather velcro the EX-50 directly to their board surface.
