Description
The BOSS RC-3 Looper Station earns its spot at the center of a pedalboard by doing one job exceptionally well: capturing and stacking loops without hassle. It’s a proper stereo unit, so anything wide or effects-drenched entering the true stereo I/O comes back out just as spacious, making it a natural pairing with modulation and reverb pedals placed around it in the chain.
- Deep recording capacity: Up to three hours of stereo recording saved directly to internal memory, plus 99 phrase memories for stashing riffs, backing parts, or full arrangements.
- Built-in rhythm guide: Ten onboard rhythm patterns — including Rock, Pop, Funk, Shuffle, R&B, and Latin — with dedicated volume control, tap tempo, and adjustable time signature, all saved along with each phrase.
- AUX input: Feed in audio from a digital player or other stereo source and loop it right alongside your guitar or bass.
- Auto Record and Count-In: Recording starts the instant you play (or as soon as a connected player starts), with a one-bar count-in option and Undo/Redo for cleaning up takes on the fly.
- USB backup and loading: Connect via USB to archive recordings to a computer or import your own 16-bit/44.1kHz WAV files (up to 1.7GB) straight into the unit.
Onboard controls include LOOP OUTPUT and RHYTHM OUTPUT knobs, dedicated UP/DOWN, WRITE, RHYTHM ON/OFF, and TAP TEMPO buttons, plus a 2-character LED display for quick feedback. Housed in BOSS’s compact stompbox chassis (73 x 129 x 59 mm, 450 g) and running on a 9V battery or separately sold PSA-series adaptor, the RC-3 is easy to slot into an existing signal chain without eating up board real estate.
This bundle includes two 6″ patch cables, ready for hooking the RC-3 into your existing pedal chain.
