Description
Built around 24-bit digital processing, the EBS DynaVerb Studio Edition packs eight distinct reverb characters into a single pedalboard-friendly unit. Three Room voicings, three Plate voicings, and two usable Hall algorithms (the third Hall setting mirrors the second) give you everything from tight ambience to sprawling wash, all accessed with just two knobs: Tone shapes the reverb’s high end, while Reverb sets how deep you want to sit in the effect.
Because it runs true stereo in and out, the DynaVerb slots naturally into studio signal chains or stereo rigs where a mono reverb would flatten the picture. Open the enclosure and you can flip an internal switch to run the pedal in parallel rather than serial mode, handy for engineers who want the dry and wet paths handled separately.
Under the hood you get a signal-relay true bypass switch for silent, reliable on/off action, protection against overvoltage up to 18V, and flexible power options from 9 to 12V DC. EBS designed this unit primarily with bass players and keyboardists in mind, though its studio-rack quality reverb works just as well on guitar — EBS also sells a dedicated DynaVerb Guitar Edition with a tail voicing tuned specifically for six-string use, if that’s your primary application.
