Description
Ground loops are the silent killer of a clean pedalboard or stereo rig — that low-end buzz that creeps in the moment you add a second power source or route a long cable run. The Radial StageBug SB-6 tackles this head-on with a passive, two-channel design built around a pair of Eclipse transformers, giving you ruler-flat response across the full 20Hz–20kHz range without coloring your tone.
- Passive isolator for balanced and unbalanced signals — no external power needed
- Kills hum and buzz caused by ground loops
- Ultra-linear performance from 20Hz to 20kHz via Eclipse transformers
- Auto-senses hi-Z or lo-Z operation depending on connector used
Drop it inline anywhere in your chain: it reads whichever ¼” connector you plug in and automatically converts hi-Z to lo-Z or lo-Z to hi-Z as needed, so there’s no configuration to fuss over on a dark stage. A -10dB input pad tames overly hot sources, and a polarity reverse switch on channel B lets you correct phase issues on stereo signals — a small detail that matters a lot when you’re running a stereo guitar rig or a dual-amp pedalboard setup.
Built in Canada from 16-gauge steel with Radial’s tough powder-coat finish, the SB-6 is made to survive the van, the stage, and every load-in in between. For anyone assembling a stereo pedalboard, a rack-based guitar rig, or a two-channel live sound feed, this box quietly does the unglamorous but essential job of keeping the signal path clean.
